At 5959m, Mount Logan is the second highest peak in North America, and certainly one of the wildest mountains in the world. To reach it, Hélias Millerioux, Alex Marchesseau, Thomas Delfino and Gregory Douillard did not choose the easiest option. The approach is done on foot and on skis, in total autonomy, with 80kg per person to carry over hundreds of kilometers of moraines and tormented glaciers! We head for the East ridge, where the 4000 meters of vertical drop have never been skied before, then return to the ocean by raft... A total adventure, with friends, in a hostile but grandiose nature… Just magical!
A 5959m, le Mont-Logan est le 2ème plus haut sommet d'Amérique du Nord, et certainement l'une des montagnes les plus sauvages du monde. Pour l'atteindre, Hélias Millerioux, Alex Marchesseau, Thomas Delfino et Gregory Douillard n'ont pas choisi l'option facile. L'approche se fait à pied et à ski, en autonomie totale, avec 80kg par personne à trimbaler sur des centaines de kilomètres de moraines et de glaciers tourmentés! Direction l'arête est, dont les 4000 mètres de dénivelés n'ont jamais été skiés auparavant, avant un retour jusqu'à l'océan en raft... L'aventure totale, entre amis, dans une nature hostile mais grandiose... Magique !
